As former “Boat People” refugees from the Vietnam war, in everything we do, we believe in 2nd chance. We believe in giving differently. The way we give 2nd chance is by providing education to underserved children, creating jobs for forgotten parents, and empowering ownership to villagers.

- We are a 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation incorporated in the State of CA and approved by the IRS.

- Vision: Build 200 schools globally by the year 2025
- Mission Statement: Provide educational opportunities for poor children of the world by funding classroom constructions, school-related infrastructures, teaching and learning equipment, “need-based” scholarships and basic healthcare needs.
What we do:
- Funded the building of 89 schools,14 bridges in poverty stricken villages of Vietnam, 13 computer/IT labs, 1 greenhouse, 1 swimming pool, 7 libraries/supplies, 6 school renovation projects, 1 Holiday Gifts program for 150 Foster Children, and 8 Leadership Scholarships awarded (2 San Diego State University, 2 San Marcos State University, Crawford High School and 2 college scholarships in Vietnam, 1 college scholarships Hmong students in Lao), 1 COVID-19 Mask Distribution (10K masks), 1 Homeless Holiday Drive, 1 Backpack & Slippers Distribution, 1 Food Drive in Cambodia, 1 community learning center, 1 school playground, 1 bike giveaway & Well, 2 Clean Water Filter System
- 12 projects are currently under construction (5 schools, 1 solar system, lights and kitchen, 1 school dormintory,1 college scholarship project, 1 bridge, 1 road expansion, 1 restroom project, 1 monk residence) and 4 school sites are in discussion
- Future school sites: Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippine, Africa , and Myanmar.
